Tuition and Fees
The Geneva Children's Center is a 12-month program with flexible programs for busy parents. Below are our current rates for half day, extended day and full day care. Short term extended care is available for $10/hour. Advance registration is required.
REGISTRATION FEE: A NON-REFUNDABLE fee ($100 per child or $150 per family with two or more children) is assessed at the time of registration. Children starting mid-year will also be charged a full registration fee regardless of starting date. The registration fee will have to be repaid for children leaving the program for longer than 30 days.
NEW STUDENTS: An Enrollment Packet must be completed prior to a child’s first day of school. This includes proof of immunization according the State of California Health and Human Service Agency guidelines.
RETURNING STUDENTS: Please notify the office with contact changes or phone numbers occurring within the year.
TUITION: Tuition is due the 1st of every month your child is enrolled. After the 5th of the month a $30 late charge will be assessed. Past due accounts will jeopardize your child’s attendance. A $35 will also be assessed for check returns. Please refer to the Parent Handbook for policies.
TUITION DISCOUNTS: 1) Members of Geneva Presbyterian Church receive a 15% discount per child. 2) A 10% discount(s) is given for additional child(ren) for parents having more than one child enrolled in GCC simultaneously. The discount(s) is taken off the lowest tuition rate(s). 3) Receive a 10% discount if total tuition for the year is paid in advance.
ABSENTEEISM: Tuition credit is not given for any day(s) that your child will be absent from GCC, regardless of the reason; e.g. illness, when the GCC is closed, or personal vacations.
SUMMER FEE: A summer fee of $100 will be assessed to help cover costs for additional events and activities for July and August.
